    另外我发现你的报价似乎缺少了一些外贸报价单的比较必要的元素 ，比如报价有效期，我不是很了解你的产品，但是我相信你的产品报价不是永远有效的吧。对于一些价格变化比较大的外贸产品来说，报价有效期一项就显得更为重要了。
对于报价单，建议可以采用一些外贸管理软件进行自动生成，一来便于管理，二来可以统一样式，给客户更好的感觉。
